You can Order repeat prescriptions 24/7 with the NHS App

Your local Pharmacy can request on your behalf.

Place your Name, Date of Birth and what medication you are requesting on our repeat prescription slip and place in our prescription box by reception at Parkway or pop it in the postbox at our Gravel Hill site.

We do not take repeat prescriptions over the phone unless you are housebound this is to help with the volume of calls coming into the surgery so the urgent cases can be dealt with more quickly.

We ask for 48 hours for your prescription to be processed.
