Urgent Appointments

If you require an urgent appointment please contact the practice as soon as early as possible. The receptionists have been trained by the GP's to ask questions  to signpost you correctly.  Please try to give as much information as possible.  You may be directed to our on call GP for triage, directed to 111 for GP hub appointments or booked into our extended access hub at Farley Road Practice

The Receptionist will ask what your symptoms are to help the GPs prioritise the emergency cases.

Be On Time

Please arrive on or just before your appointment time as this will help the GP stay on time

We are currently experiencing a high volume of patients not attending their appointment. It is really important you let the surgery know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend or no longer need the appointment as there are limited appointments and we could offer the appointment to someone else, which will help bring the waiting times down.  Thank you
