How to Request a Home Visit

Here at Addington Medical Practice we try to ensure that all patients have access to seeing a medical professional. We understand that some patients are unable to leave the house.  Home visits are conducted by the GP's or we currently have two Paramedics and a Physician Associate working with us who can visit patients and are supervised by a GP . If you, a family member or somone you care for is housebound and have concerns please chat to one of our receptionists who will liaise with the oncall GP  or care co ordinators and schedule a visit for you.
